Andy was off on a slide show tour and we tagged along to climb some routes in between events. There was lots of driving, lots of sleeping in car parks and lots of slush. It was the complete Andy K experience and the film hasn't come out too bad.
Funny and insightful this film looks at a climber's need for introspection while at the same time providing a master class in climbing snow and ice in marginal conditions. It also includes a lovely selection of Andy's slides with plenty of choice quotes from his lectures.
Routes climbed include: Sterling Bomber and Savage Slit in the Cairngorms, Polyphemus Gully on Lochnagar and Point Five & Smith's Route on the Ben.
