FEBRUARY 2007
Wow a regular update. Let's hear it for the man in the basement in Nether Green. He has taken us under his wing and is making us spread da word.
-
First off we've schmoozed up to the BMC and are now selling the Alpine and Winter Essentials DVDs we helped put together. Just what you need if you need a bit of mountain knowledge. Check em out in ye old shoppee.

'Suffering Andy' is being premiered at the Sheffield Adventure forum as part of Andy Kirkpatrick's talk. It's happening over the weekend of 24th March. Also showing is another taster of the Hard XS DVD, 'Esoterica'. It is being shown as part of John Arran's talk. This is worth seeing just for Shane being in a grump. Tickets for each of these can be bought through the Showroom Box Office on 0114 275 7727.
Suffering Andy will also be getting a screening at the Vancouver International Film festival on 22nd Feb.

A couple of projects have finally neared wrap party status. Another little number for the BMC/MTLE giving the beta on their courses and awards schemes and something for them Bigger Picture bods in Rainchester. This latter project was a simple filming job for the British Council in France that rapidly turned into a behemoth multilingual DVD. Anyone for a circumflex. No me neither.

While the Slackjaw office has been ticking over, Ben went AWOL on another shoot for AudiTV, gadding around Switzerland with the Leo and Tim tag team. Another off-piste, BASE, ice tool extravaganza no doubt. Gee those guys have it tough.
-
Finally we've been having a monster tidy up at Slackjaw towers and lo and behold we come across three Hard Grit T-shirts. The first three people to join the mailing list this month get one free. You just need to type in the message, 'I'm extra large and I look lovely in avocado'.
